REAL PICS, REAL PROGRESS

End of 2024: Took the bulk seriously until the beginning of 2025, got up to 235 lbs in bodyweight, smashed old PRS. BEAR MODE ENGAGED.

PRESENT DAY: Naturally fit and happy. Stronger than every prior version @ 200lbs bodyweight.

2024: Went down the wrong path, lost a ton of progress. Started again, from square one.

Backstory: Started crash dieting & lifting in my basement in 2021 @ 15 yrs old. Straight up weakling, 145 lbs and skinny fat when I started. This is a picture of me a few months into the journey, with no clue of what to do.

2022: Got into strength training, bulked a little too hard, but got decently strong.

2023: Got lean and in okay-ish shape for kickboxing, football and track.
